Haven't tried that Captain but for afters I'm having Baileys on the rocks, cream heaven. For the Pot Noodle, I feel its essential to have just the right amount of boiling water, too much and its runny, too little and its too thick.
Had a friend years and years back who used to have two or three pot noodles at one sitting usually different flavours. Problem was he would mix them up together. Put me off them for life.
I let mine stand for half an hour. It's still hot and the water is nicely absorbed.My wife let's hers stand for less than 2 minutes so it's still crunchy
