Dowell should have fed Rashica who was central and completely unmarked. We'll need better decision making if we're to claim the supercomputer's 17th place.

I'm not sure about 'fantastic' but I was certainly impressed with both him and Omobamidele, as well as Sørensen at both CB and DM, reading the game well and distributing the ball very calmly and positively. The bonus in that could be his ability to move forward to shift to a 2-3-4-1 when he have the ball and drop back when we don't to a 3-4-2-1. Zimmerman did very well in the centre of the defence and Mumba and Placheta both looked good as WBs both in attack and defence. A good start on match fitness for all of those involved.
I have seen Zimmermann and Omobamidele play many times but the number 43 stepped up and put himself forward for selection, Nizet and Dickson Peters were also very promising.
Rob Nizet, the LB from Belgium who's been in the U24s for a while, looked particularly sharp and not far-off a first team place. Agree about Dickson-Peters as well, but he may be a bit further off.
I thought number 42 looked smart on the ball when he came on. I assume it was Adshead but no idea really
Lincoln tomorrow. One time Norwich target Liam Bridcutt should be playing for them as well as ex-Norwich player Conor McGrandles.
For what it's worth, this is the exact same squad as the Lynn game, with Aarons returning. Nobody has dropped out, we've got an extra sub. Interesting to see Nizet involved again. I know we're a little short on full-backs in pre-season, but two weeks ago it was reported (and EDP confirmed) that he was in Belgium for talks about a move to Charleroi, and he's in the last year of his contract. Assuming that would be a sale rather than a loan, I'm surprised we're involving him and risking injury, when Sorensen/Placheta/Aarons/Mumba is enough full back cover for a pre-season game. That Charleroi deal may have fallen through, but if he's earmarked for an exit by the club, like Trybull, Thompson, Klose, Sitti, Sinani, etc, then it's curious that he's involved in first team pre-season when none of the others are.
Goalless at half time, no stream, so relying on club twitter account. Bit weird that neither Michael Bailey or the EDP/Pinkun seem to have acknowledged it's happening at all, never mind providing updates. Rashica's had a chance, that's about it.
I'm sure it was Canaries TV that streamed the King's Lynn game, so why not this one? (That's a rhetorical question).
