Prediction League Prediction League 22/23 - January 2023

The World Cup is over and it seems to have divided opinion as to whether it was enjoyable or not. However, we're now back to normal with the prediction league for January 2023.

Not that many games actually - 4 league games and 1 FA Cup 3rd round match, as follows:

• Queens Park Rangers 15:00 Swansea City

Saturday 28th January
CHAMPIONSHIP

• Swansea City 15:00 Stoke City (this match is on FA Cup 4th round weekend and may be put back depending on 3rd round results but predict on it anyway.)

Predictions must be posted ON THIS THREAD ONLY by 14:59 GMT on Monday 2nd January 2023.

We need the total number of points gained from the FOUR Championship games, total number of goals scored from the FIVE games and total number of goals conceded from the FIVE games above.

Should we progress to the 4th round of the FA Cup that match will NOT be predicted upon.

“Swansea City can confirm that our EFL Sky Bet Championship fixture at home to Stoke City - originally set to be played on Saturday January 28 kick-off at 3pm - will now be rescheduled.

Due to Stoke City’s victory against Hartlepool United on Sunday, the Potters will be in FA Cup fourth-round action over the final weekend in January.

As a result, tickets for our league fixture against Stoke will not go on general sale today, and supporters are advised that future ticketing sales will be held back until a new fixture date has been confirmed.”

 

Seems like a while ago but now that the re-arranged Stoke game has been completed we can complete the results for January 2023.
