I'll give you that Frenchie. 9.5% of the land area of France is national park area - this could be the highest in Europe, depending on definition of Europe. Iceland has 12.1% - but classifying it as Europe is problematic. Also Denmark has a much higher percentage if you include the North East Greenland National Park, which is the biggest in the World. Over to you.
Cheers cologne. I live right on the edge of one and it is vast which made me guess here. How many time zones are there in the world?
Just tried to count them. Not easy given the quality of cider I’m drinking. Given up at 15 around South America-ish.
I’ll try 38, but that is my bestest effort when the lines are starting to float about and cross over and nauseate me.
23? The weird Australians have half hour differences as does North Korea. Added to that Spain is in the same time zone as Germany (which is stupid) because Franco wanted to buddy up to Hitler. There is an argument that the reason that they eat so late in Spain today is because people eat at the time based on the clock before Franco changed the country's time zone.
If they all represented one hour then it would be 24 - but I think that there are 30 min. and 45 min. zones as well which increases that number. Also the international date line creates 3 extra ones. Guess at 30 ?
