Qatar World Cup

I couldnt give a **** whether England qualify for this World Cup or not. Even close to the point that I dont want them to. They are in a kind group so it looks like they'll be there though. Anybody else feel the same?

Ill jump on the bandwagon if they do alright and I'm in the pub with a load of pissed up Tommy tuckers but genuinely have never given two **** about the national team.

 

Like me to be fair. But just something about this World Cup being the absolute farce that it is makes me feel like this even more so.

 

I’ll be supporting Ingerlund with a pint of Carling and an illegal breed of dog tied up outside. Probably smash up some German cars when they knock us out.

The entire event was proven to be bent, bought with bribing FIFA officials, it should never be happening.

Plus it’s going to **** up next season completely, as it’ll steal most of November and December from the domestic calendar.

It can get in the ****ing bin for me, but the flag shagging football LADZ will no doubt love it, as they get nicked for being openly pissed and pistol whipped when they give the Arab rozzers some chelp.

I always find the football is absolutely dire in the World cup, Euros have been better as of late.

Everyones desperate to progress so ****tin themselves too much to go forward.

Yep! Whats wrong with that!?

Noticed today England were playing San Marino tomorrow. 'For what reason?' I asked myself. Further investigation pointed me towards the fact that it was a World Cup qualifier. 'World Cup qualifier?' Yes! 'Not a match that goes towards the right to partake in the one that is going to take place in the middle of a desert, during our winter, putting a right spanner in the works of the footballing season whilst lining the pockets of a load of corrupt officials?' Again, yes. I wondered if anybody, like me, would feel a great amount of satisfaction if our national team did not partake in this blot on the landscape, like, they like to see our team win but if our qualifying campaign took a turn for the worse they would take great solace in the fact that our country would not be represented in such a farcical tournament. Me? I'm 50/50, so do not care one way or the other. Thoughts?

 

Yeah, I'd like England to do well because when they are there seems to be a happier, more optimistic air around the place.
