3 points deduction announced for Wigan.

come on EFL, announce 6 points for Huddersfield and Blackpool and we might have half a chance of staying up

It just had to be us to play them first after the points deduction, didn't it?
The worst possible time when they'll be so fired up with a siege mentality to immediately grab three points back

Or they might decide that the points deduction makes relegation inevitable and just give up.

It’s a tough job for Ainsworth alright. Not sure how a manager juggles trying to inspire confidence in his team whilst at the same time having to promote hoof ball, because it’s clear the team are incapable of playing with great skill.

It's a very good point. These players have had 3 different coaches/managers this season, all with different approaches/styles. Still find Critchleys approach the most bizarre as I didnt really expect anything else under the wild thing.

The Cavalry's arrived! It looks like most if not all the squad are back in training.

Looks so easy dribbling the ball into an open, albeit mini, goal mouth. And don't forget, that is against our "defence" (so not much guile needed).
Not one shot on goal from distance with force, determination, anger. Probably that's what's missing, ANGER!
We need to get up in the other team's face, give them "what for" before they get into rhythm.
The opposite seems to be happening to us in the past several games and we've meekly surrendered. Losing any rhythm (though doubt we had any in the first place) that we may have been able to achieve. Hence the proverbial Hoofball.

We need strikers who put fear into defenders. Making them uncertain and always having to second guess themselves. Errors will flow on and goals will surely come. Perfect example of errors, QPR, yes, us!

Okay, yes. Easier said than done. But as I typed earlier, let's have shots on goal from distance with force and control. Get angry or go home. If you want to know what angry looks like, then read our board after a loss.
Lots, and I mean LOTS to read, from all of us, especially HB, Steels, Turkish and of course, yours truly.

Come on Gareth, get angry with this mob so they know what to do to the opposition. Make them **** their pants and maybe then we'll see that happen on 1st of April to Wigan.

Let's hope we're not the fools on that day.

Looks pretty tame from what I'm seeing. Let them go hard, because the opposition on game day is not going to be so lenient. Sure, may get one or two injuries, but let's toughen them up to match day level.
Other teams are not going to care how hard they hit them. The harder the better as far as they're concerned, as it should be.
Get stuck in fellas, 'cause that's what you'll be facing for the next 8 games!

Think we need to start playing in yellow bibs - that's obviously why all our passing is so **** on a matchday, cannae see a yellow bib to pass too

Yeah. With a smattering of carrot orange would be apt.

How did things go when you took training for professional footballers?
Bit more to it than 'getting stuck in' and 'shooting hard from distance'.

Highly risky using a title like ‘The Cavalry’s Coming’ - it’s suggesting when they come back we’re going to be just fine. I wish I could share their optimism.

When I hear the word "optimism" I generally replace it with "naivety".
