I've been calling for this team to be ripped up and started again for a while now, but that's pretty impossible to do. We have no ****ing money and the players we have are worth very little. We have a non existent youth set up to add to the woes. We have a manager playing on repeat who would be more suited to teaching primary children. Staying out of a relegation scrap will be a huge achievement for this lot. Then it will be the same again next season and the season after as the model of the club is a shambles.

Loads to be disappointed about today.
I'll add to the list that most of the 2nd half NC was stood on the sidelines, arms folded,no gesticulating (see 'folded arms'), shouting, animation or much energy at all.

At least someone on the bench had the self-respect to hang his head in shame.

Seldom felt so ambivalent about a QPR manager. Maybe Paul Hart but that's it!

Somehow, l don’t think Neil Warnock would’ve stayed still and said nothing.

That’s what Critchley needs to do.
If the manager can’t show any enthusiasm, what chances are the team expressing any.

    The team needs a leader…….

I'm not calling for NC to be sacked as we can't keep doing this over and over......but my god he needs to start showing some emotion and leadership and prove his so called coaching credentials are bona fide...... personally feel we've been sold a complete dud.

And some wise-ass felt it was a good idea to sign him to a 3-and-a-half year contract FFS

"we have to keep the ball out of the goal better than we are doing"
FFS, I can't stress enough, that this bloke would be more suited to coaching children. We talk about lack of leadership on the pitch, we need a leader off it to start with. If his team talks are anything like his interviews then it's no bloody wonder the team is switched off. Erm.....you get the ball...erm..erm...you pass it....erm..erm...try shoot....erm...erm....and let's try erm keep erm the ball out of erm the net.

A third of the season: top of the league.
Two thirds of the season: 16th and heading in one direction only.
End of season: I’d say just escaping relegation at the moment. But totally possible to be worse.

Someone has to show some balls and change things because as Sooper said it is ‘crash and burn’.
    Players?
    NC?
    SLF?
    AB?

Where are you?? Fans are crying out for leadership. Anyone listening? Hello!!

The conversation in our Whatsapp group yesterday, of which there's season ticket holders, far flung idiots like me, and someone on the scouting network at the club...

Did cross my mind that it's going to be hard to get rid of them if they want to, because of his contract.

Maybe the January money was based on thinking Beale could still get promotion, but since realised there's zero chance of that now.

    Grim times.

If SLF approved the appointment of NC and his ridiculous contract that is where the blame should be directed.

Regarding Willock yesterday, he didn’t even have time for a proper warm up before he came on & was cold, new straight away he’s done something as he couldn’t chase that ball, if he ever got fit before end of season I just wouldn’t play him, seems mind over matter with him

For those that want Critchley gone, Nathan Jones is now available.

    Just saying.

I’m sure that would have been a board appointment at the end of the day, with minimum of SLF, LH and AB.
I wonder if the recruitment guy was involved (with the algorithms :emoticon-0102-bigsm).

Looks like we’re stuck with NC but if (and more likely when) we lose to Sunderland there will be calls for change. Usually you want to give new managers a chance but I really can’t see Critchley turning this around, the team are on the floor.

The owners are business men. Even if the plan isn't promotion this/next year, they know they need money from Season Tickets.
They must reslise soon that if this continues the Box Office will be a lonely place in August.
