I’d forgotten what a successful meaningful league result felt like. So glad my usual doom and gloom prediction has been proved (I hope not temporarily) wrong.

Wow! Like a few others I didn’t have a great feeling about today. I couldn’t be more pleased to be wrong.
The comments for the team have also been very positive and will not only give us a great start but also give the team a level of self confidence you need in this league to go at teams.
    Clean sheet ✅
    Dyke to score ✅
    Chair to score ✅
    Good team performance ✅
    Top of the League ... f**king ✅

Well done MW and the lads. Terrific boys.

Let’s hope the result will also encourage our targets to sign up too (whoever/wherever you are)

Grabban needs to shave that sh!tty beard off - clearly the reason he can't score

Any ex-pat-friendly highlights out there for those of us on EU farewell tours?

He’s been in this league for about 25 years so understandable.

Found this anyway if anyone can’t see Sky.

I watched the stream of the 2nd half on a beautiful and remote sandy beach on a gloriously sunny day.

What a result to match the scenery.

A great start to a long awaited week of a holiday break. :)

Was Manning injured today or is it a sign he is off?

Warburton was asked that after the game and he said he was just using the Squad

I didn't see the game but surely we can only be more secure at the back without Manning.

Wallace is a better defender, but he also had some good moments going forward, not least his flick-on for the Dykes penalty.

Absolutely. Wallace is a stable LB, Most of our attacking was on the left using the space in front of the stable LB,

Was it not Ball's shot that was parried for Chair to score.

Everyone is saying it was Dykes... including the BBC..
