Four changes from midweek as Wilson,Holt,McKay and Miller come back into the team. Zelalem keeps his place and will line up beside Halliday and Holt. That sounds like a quality midfield to me. Another plastic pitch today but this one is probably the best one in the league. Should be a cracking game as QoS are no mugs. 1-4 RANGERS: Foderingham, Tavernier, Kiernan, Wilson, Wallace, Halliday, Holt, Zelalem, McKay, Miller, Waghorn. SUBS: Kelly, Ball, Law, Shiels, Aird, Hardie, Oduwa.
HT 0-1 Good first half of football. Both teams playing some good passing football. For Rangers McKay has been a stand out. Zelalem has been a wee bit disappointing. Good passage of play for the goal that Halliday put away well. Wallace going off injured is a worry.
FT 1-5 The game was over as soon as Lyle took an early bath. Very harsh red card tbh. Some good stuff played by Rangers. Barry McKay was the stand out player by a mile. Halliday, Holt, the ever impressive Tavernier and Odowa when he came on were excellent. Zelalem improved in the second half and looked comfortable throughout. Made a lovely pass through for Holt's goal. The defence again looked suspect at QoS's goal. Far too square and high up the park. In saying that, the boy Smith took it well and showed good strength. He was a handfull when he came on as a sub and at 18 is one to watch.
