A Chinese company (Everbright Securities) are suing Radz over fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of tax commitments regarding a failed business venture in 2016.

It seems Radz and friends folded the company, and the Chinese aren't happy.

The Chinese now want $661 million. Well, we want a new Striker, but we don't always get what we want...

If they want to benefit from this, I would also demand compensation in their place and the court case. A large company will not meet with another company without sufficient grounds. And besides, if my nephew has now hired lawyers from https://ucmjdefense.com/videos/how-to-win-at-a-military-discharge-board-military-lawyer-tips to get compensation for the uncorrected behavior of army officers and I am sure he will win the case and earn good money. I think it's pretty standard when someone sues and then wants to get more money.
