I can just see it. Rodgers is so predictable he's the kind of manager Rafa loves to combat because he know exactly what strategy he needs to provide a solution for. Could be very ugly. This isn't a Rodgers bashing comment... just saying... he is the kind of manager rafa will slice.
Especially with Rafa, I can see it, I really can. Wonder what celebration he will do as I can't see him putting his hands up.
Same and normally when he gets subbed off after being so dire and our victory it makes me feel, for a moment, that all is right with the world.
I still have a little bit of a soft spot for Torres... he was so important for us for a while. Of course mad at him when he left and hoped he wouldn't succeed... but feel a little sad at just how bad he has become. Its like if you get dumped by an ex you kind of hope to see her end up with a loser... you don't want to see her on the sidewalk sticking herself with needles and selling herself to highschoolers.
Carragher has done a really good job of marshalling Torres whenever he has played against him. It's as if Carra is playing to protect the clubs pride. I honestly think that he would kill himself and/ or Torres before he'd let him score against him in his last few games!! Imagine that, Carra coming back from a ban for smashing Torres to play one last game against QPR!
This is a very good analogy, especially as, like an ex, we don't realise that it had been bad for a while and she'd stayed when she could've left, when she came back from the World Cup with all those other girls telling her to get out. But she stayed out of loyalty and made sure we were alright to the tune of £50m. Actually, a real ex would've stung us for the cash and taken the CDs too. I can't blame him for leaving when he did and appreciate he came back from the World Cup when we were in really bad shape.

You never know though if suarez scores Chelsea might bid 60mil for him in the summer. one of these days RA will get carslberg sponsorship and change their shirts to red. rename their ground anfield really south.
