It’s close to your heart, but are we really going to start pulling up every post that is unsubstantiated? There’d be no forum left.

When people post unsubstantiated bullshit (and uneducated bullshit) about plastics, I counter it with other info. I don’t accuse them of irresponsible posting (although it is).

Let’s close the forum then. Half the stuff post is something someone heard. I understand it’s close to your heart, but he’s not said it’s you or your family, or even said it’s true. He’s posted he heard that.

I just watched this on the iPlayer. It dramatises the true story of how 2 Jewish prisoners escaped from Auschwitz in April 1944 and brought the full, detailed story of what was happening to the world. Jewish leaders wanted the gas chambers and crematoria bombed, and Churchill was in favour, but it never happened because of the inaccuracy of high level bombing. It was feared that killing large numbers of prisoners would be a propaganda victory for the Nazis. Meanwhile, nearly 10,000 Jews, mostly from Hungary, carried on being killed EVERY DAY.

ER protestors have been dragged off tube trains by angry commuters and assaulted while on the ground. Don't condone the kicking and punching but why target trains when they are the most eco friendly mode of public transport?
