10/07/2020 : Football in Scotland has been released from the Covid-19 ban on sports and the SPFL Season 2020-2021 is scheduled to start on Saturday August 1st. This will only be the SPL to start with and in stadia sans fans. The lower Divisions are currently planning to start in October. Pre-season 'bounce' games (training friendlies) have already started and Rangers beat Hamilton Academical 2-1 today. In view of this it makes sense to open the thread for Season 2020-2021. The 2019-2020 thread is still active as there are overlapping games. These are the Scottish FA Cup and Rangers' Euro games, which I will cover in the 2019-2020 thread. 11/08/2020 : Celtic's Boli Bolingoli - another footballer with his brains in his boots. Due to his selfishness and stupidity he has caused the cancellation of Celtic's matches this week. Aberdeen's matches are cancelled too, following their players' breach of the Covid-19 guidelines last week. The goals came from Barisic (superb free kick), Kent and in the 2nd half, Aribo. However, there was still a lot of the back and sideways passing, although this time away from our box.
