It would mean Celtic would get a nice little rebate from the Juninho EBT.

That should go some way to funding our Champions League exploits.

And if he was in jail right now (your words) what would happen if ranger won the case next week?

Have Celtic ever even qualified for it consecutively?

Nice final statement, isn't that the sort of attitude that people give as reason for disliking rangers?...

A)Yes Celtic have qualified for it consecutively.

    2) Not just that, it is the cheating, the racism, the sectarianism, the beel, the belligerence, the stupidity etc etc

I'm not a lawyer but I'm guessing and it's only a guess, but if we win and it turns out we were liquidated for a miniscule amount then I think a lot of people will demand to see HMRC.

I'm still waiting for the guy that leaked all the info to be prosecuted. Data protection laws are put in place for a reason.

the big tax case was not why you were liquidated. There was all the other debt. The only person that you could sue would be Craig Whyte for not paying your debts outside of the big tax case and forcing you into liquidation

For the months and months of **** slinging.

Public apology. Compensation and the fellas who leaked all the info prosecuted.

    Sounds about right.

Then we'll move on to sue the SPL and the SFA.

i do not understand why hmrc would have to pay. what could you possibly sue them for? HMRC did not liquidate you. the debt was not all to HMRC. Forgetting the big tax case there was also the wee tax case which Craig Whyte admitted was to be paid yet never paid it, there was also the unpaid paye and ni during craig whyte's term. http://images.mirror.co.uk/docs/dai...ename=446CF719-0748-5DEC-7ACB7FD9F453C067.pdf

so can you tell me what people will have to pay if you win the big tax case?
