    For me Macca was the worst
    And he like Owen keeps compounding it by constantly referring to LFC as their club.

    For me Owen made it clear from a young age he would not stay so I had no beef till utd

    but that is just me some people are very pragmatic and go meh and move on

    I don’t hate them life is too short but I don’t hold them in the same regard as I hold a Kuyt, or even as things currently stand an Origi <laugh>:bandit:

    I'm certainly not cos I've clearly ignored the prem requirement all along.

    Barnes got 28 in all comps and 22 league goals on season and for a lw in those days that's almost unheard of

    My god. This shows some people’s ages. I haven’t read past the first page so forgive me if some of this is already said.

    in my lifetime, the best forward I’ve watched for Liverpool is Suarez. That bloke was incredible on and off the ball and scared the living crap out of opponents…….in more ways than one <whistle>

    I wouldn’t put him top of my list though because he bailed out on us. Had he stayed, I think he would have been.

    So the best for me is Rush. Why? Because he won us countless trophies. Fowler was a very good finisher too and no doubt that Salah is up there….and ffs, has anyone mentioned Sir Kenny? Has anyone mentioned Hunt? Different era and different styles and formations but all of the players I mentioned won many many trophies.

    I left kenny off as he retired from active duty in effect and he would be certainly up there.

    If it were best assists Kenny would be up there too.

    Mo Salah - the highest scoring African in PL history - overtaking Drogba (whilst doing in far less games).

    Also the only opposition player to score a hat trick vs United at OT in PL era.

    He is only getting better.
