Curious to what all you Geordie bastards have been watching during this pandemic if anything. I’ve just watched a show called Your Honor - Bryan Cranston - 8/10. Enjoyed it.
Me and wifey are currently watching US cop series The Shield (IMDb rating 8.7). Its good if not a little different!
please log in to view this image On Netflix and a solid 9/10. There are three seasons and the soundtrack is immense as it's sung by SKIN from Skunk A.
^^^ Does Chippy do any work? All his time seems to be spent watching numerous box sets, drinking cans, posting on here, or banging Pouchie's bird
I can do all 3 at the same time as she holds the can in one hand and the remote in the other as I'm back scuttling her.
Watched a couple of episodes and thought this never answers any of the questions... All series are just a torture
no no no no no..... seriously, do not go to your grave without watching; Breaking Bad Homeland Narcos Peaky Blinders All seasons of The Walking Dead except s9 onwards there’s no place in heaven for you if you miss those. but do NOT watch Prison Break, there’s a place in hell reserved for fans of Prison Break
Shadow & Bone's on Netflix, it's reasonable. Though I really didn't like Irregulars and Leonardo's just Poldark in a different country. Seems like Netflix are just desperately trying to capture the angsty teen/woke audience - everyone's gay or lesbian. I wish they'd calm the **** down and just be proportionately represented. Mare of East town on Sky Atlantic is a good cop drama, very new. Falcon/Winter Soldier on Disney+. For older stuff, The Boys is my favourite series, Amazon Prime. If you like Starlight in that series, watch around the middle of a film called Driven. You're welcome. Locke & Key on Netflix is back for a new series, but the first is still available, that was really well made and very enjoyable. Stranger Things of course is one of the best series Netflix have done. CaraMatt's right with Peaky Blinders, the early Homeland series and I'd say Walking Dead you need to stop once David Morrisey hams it up. But in terms of first series, all three are fantastic - and I'd add Ripper Street as well. Brooklyn Nine Nine probs not for everyone, but i think it's first class entertainment. Avoid anything that's made in the US and has an actor/actress in the lead role that you sort of recognise, especially if they're unnaturally attractive. Those series always turn out to be utter gash (Lost, Prison Break, etc.)
Animal Kingdom is ****ing class, new season coming out later this year so perfect time to start it if you’ve not seen it already Just finished Homeland which I thoroughly enjoyed every season of, quite confusing and hard to follow at times so you have to really watch it. I’m back trying to catch up with Viking’s...think I’ve got the last two seasons to watch, epic and brutal...think Game of Thrones but better, albeit with less nudity (virtually none) and less incest (not a big miss for me like) Ozark is an absolute must watch as well, final season coming out later this year as well so again a good time to start it if you’ve not seen it. If you want some light hearted 20-30 mins **** to put on for a bit of a laugh or something a bit less serious then give any of these a go :- Arrested Development Life in Pieces Superstore The Goldbergs
