It's been coming for a while now, so almost a relief that it has been confirmed.

What a shambles of a season. I think the club is at a real crossroads and there are more problems than last time we went down.

However, I am looking forward to the Championship, at least we won´t get a drubbing most weeks.

This summer is going to be interesting with player movements too.

    What do you think?

Also you can get to to some funky grounds with no crazy expectations.........

I hope we end up with a sharp championship striker.......

An interesting comment in this article in which Hodgson disagrees with Ben Foster's assessment that the players were to blame for relegation.

"I wouldn't like to blame it totally on the players.... But I understand what Ben is saying and it is to some extent the feeling amongst a certain group of players, that they haven't had enough support from some of the others."

A bit unethical to name names I suppose - but I wish he had...

Yeah and while they are at it, stick in a % of their salary into a kitty to divide amongst those people that will lose their jobs….

    That is easy

    Sarr
    Dennis
    King
    Rose

Are the main ones and there are a few who have not been up to speed through age or lack of game time

What's really important is that the fans reconnect with the club. Rather telling that when we were last in the Campionship we established the Vic as something of a fortress but with an empty stadium. We need patience and cannot expect to win just through turning up and by virtue of being an ex premier side - continue our form of this season into next and we will simply transfer one relegation season into another one. For me it doesn't matter much who plays - more important is that they are allowed to gell as a team, and to develop a winning mentality. Same with the system - it doesn't matter, what's important is having presence on every area of the pitch at all times.
