Exactly this ^^ This attitude of we can only be inclusive and work together if we are all hogtied and forced to by a Super Bureaucracy is utter bullshit. There are too many people in it for themselves in the EU (Well in politics in general but thats another discussion).
In what way do you feel repressed by the EU? On a daily basis how is your life negatively impacted by the EU?
But what elements of it are in some way negatively affecting you which are going to be rectified? I can’t think of anything in my daily activities which makes me rue our EU membership. You must have had some benefits from being in the EU most of your life too. I certainly have. I don’t honestly think there is a goal for us all to be one state. Seems like a lot of effort for a bunch of old blokes who are apparently just on a gravy train for no obvious reward.
Fair enough. Remain Remain Not really Nope Remain If that’s what NI and ROI want, they would both have to have referendums Lib Dem
To be honest I think I’d rather a semi competent undemocratic bunch from main land Europe make the decisions that the shower of **** options we have democratically elected here, hardly doing a bang up job and the alternatives aren’t exactly a shining light.
Thats.....absolutely terrifying that you think that way..... I hate May's government as much as the next bloke, but we can vote them out, you realise that right?
So you see why i'm concerned. In your own words, you would rather see an undemocratic bunch fro main land Europe govern us. Hence we are as i say moving towards a one state.
Every time the EU introduce ANY laws, my life is negatively impacted. A law being forced upon me by an unelected body is oppression, even if I agree with said law.
It’s terrifying there’s people who think that Boris and Mogg have their best interests at heart!! We had an opportunity and it didn’t happen. I’m totally unconvinced with Corbyn’s stance and lack of and that there is a credible alternative that will get anything better than what May is proposing
They have more than one. You said laws are passed by an unelected body, that's simply not true. It's just one of those **** anti-EU soundbites that get trotted out.
