Nah! Been up for a couple of hours at least. Even been out as the streets were aired. I spent years being governed by the clock so I don't take much notice of it anymore either for bedtime or getting up. Sometimes I don't retire until 2 or 3am. Depends if I'm watching something or doing something. You should try it, it's quite liberating.

I thought on the late ones it was because the Mrs hadn't warmed your bedsocks and made your Cocoa. You have obviously developed a rebellious streak in your dotage.

Not yet it's too early. She told me she warms my bedsocks on the thighs of a Virgin. I told her I was the father of her 3 children so the statement was clearly wrong. She simply replied "are you?"
Old half pint Alfie Churn was a bit gay I think. He was always asking me if I was going out for a pint. Whenever I went he was never there and I thought he was going to buy me a pint. I had the same trouble with the Veg man as well. Funny how my son turned out to be a green.
