    Forgot about Ramsay, Finnegan and Tchapchet. And if I'm being honst I didn't think Long had played for us this season, but was struggling and there was someone with 14 appearances left so guessed it

    I dont recall many people being anti Nigel. Maybe i missed it, but didnt see much of that on here.

    I always wanted him back with us in a DOF capacity, but that is just the ol' romantic in me I guess.

    There have been one or two that suggest that he underachieved by not winning a division title despite a few of the team going on to play for their respective countries.
    Yes, no doubt that we had the squad to get out of League One easily but I think that it was a major achievement to gain back to back promotions with basically the same players minus Oxo of course. We played some wonderful football too and had a real team spirit that Nigel fostered so well as well as a strong connection with the fans....#togetherasone #onthebus etc

    what, no puns on this thread. I spend all day working and get on the Transfer thread to get some information on potential targets and find 15 pages of ****ing tea lady puns. I am off, its not very punny anymore. Talk in mid-September.
