We have some beautiful spiders here. Pretty bright green garden spiders, some lemon coloured spiders, yellow and black stripped writing spiders. Some really cool patterned wolf and fishing spiders. Female black widows are quite cool looking too.

****ing stripey pyjamaed Isis of the insect world the bastard wasp. I'm the one doing the Frank Spencer run when one attacks me. And what's with when you kill one and another comes to investigate. Surely that danger warning pheromone they give off should say "I got my arse twatted, stay away" rather than "oooh come have a look at what happened to me!"
That's less of a phobia and more of a healthy respect for something that can actually hurt you, though they're usually just investigating you as opposed to attacking. They are persistent bastards, though. A couple of years ago I accidentally stood on one when I was barefoot in a field and it stung my middle toe. I had no choice but to make the hour's drive home with my toe feeling like it was about to explode. I wanted it to drop off. By the time I got home it was larger than the big toe. Not nice, and there's no need. Why does something so small have so much venom when all it needs it for is to stun a caterpillar?
Ditto I ****ing hate those ****s. I don't have a fear of them as such, I just really dislike the horrible twats, mainly because they can stink you and live! On the up side seen more bees this summer than I have seen since my childhood days.
Never Been stung by a bee or a wasp. . Immune to poison ivy. 'course got stung by nettles on an almost daily basis as a kid however. :-( Nettles always seem to find me.
Moths are the things that get me... hate the ****ers. Fly around at night knocking into things and one I caught a while ago was about 3 inches long. Plus they eat your clothes just to top it all off
got attacked by a mahoosive **** off moth a coupla weeks back, this thing could've carried passengers and cabin crew, fended it off back outside with a trainer gots bit by a pine marten in the past cocky little gobshite
On Friday I was working next to a Buddleia Davidii (google if interested............ok don't) which was covered in Butterflies but also had a Hummingbird Moth having a feed in the sunshine. Amazing to watch, uses a long proboscis while hovering next to the flower
I have this rose bushwhich Ive grown into a beast but there is a massive ant nest where it is planted and they go crazy when I water it. Hundreds come out within a coupleof seconds why?
I was lucky to see loads of spider eggs all hatching at once on a fence which was really good. Loads of them all hatched and then little dots all crawling off in their seperate directions I also love seeing a fly just get caught and watching the spider doits thing. Very good
Moths are brill Slugs, wasps and seagulls only animals I dont like. What is it with wasps and seagulls? They just askfortrouble Saw this brilliant wasp catcher in the play area at Chatsworth house. Every outside eating place-play area should have them
Dry blue skies at any temperature in this country and i'm good, hate it when it's cloudy and wet and when it starts going dark at 4-5pm
