    Morning..just the one bet for me today:

    Haydock 2.40pm Midnight tune 13/2 each way. Seems to be on the upgrade and will go in ground. Coleman taking the ride off a low weight I m expecting a massive run.

    Can't work out the New one trial race at all so leaving it alone..:emoticon-0143-smirk

    Right, get your tips in as im off to Haydock, tricky looking card in some of them, and as Oddy as just mentioned the Peter Marsh is a particular minefield with f-all value in the market... All this with the added note that it's my birthday today...<ok> <cheers>

    Waving the banner for the absent Chuckles today and going balls deep with Soul Emotion, Annoyingly, I didn't place any bets last night when he was around 9-1 and now he is down to a best price 7-2
    Others I like are Knight In Dubai and Champers On Ice. Remaining telly bets are Edwardstone, Cornerstone Lad, Papagana. Espoir De Guye and Un De Sceaux
    Is anyone tempted to do the RFC on Geronimo and Red Indian in the Peter Marsh? No, me neither!

    Not really had a great deal of time to look through the card at Haydock, will do when I get there, but these are my initial picks for now...

    3:15 - Pentland, 7/4

    I think Un De Sceaux at 11/8 is great value on that track with that going.

    I hope the ground is not too testing for Pentland Hills at Haydock and I expect him to throw his hat into the ring for the Champion Hurdle. He is a very slick hurdler (which will help on that ground) and I just hope it isn't too testing for him. He blew up last time and should strip much fitter. Interestingly the money is for Ballyandy who we know gets further so the punters obviously expecting a real slog.

    I can't work out whether Goshen just outstays his rivals or whether he is an absolute beast. Got the special offer bets home (EVS to win by over 10L) by winning 11 lengths.

    Ascot,1 15:

    nearly all of These arrive here in solid form,not so my choice,but that probably tells only half the Story.its GET ON THE YAGER,and though his seasonal debut run was rather disappointing,he is very well handicapped on his best form,which includes a win of the Rowland meyrick chase 3 years ago.so,if back to that form today,must have a decent Chance at the weights.

    WINDSOR AVENUE is a horse,i like a lot,and he should put a bad run last time out firmly behind him today,even though it Looks a tough,little race.has already shown enough ability before that,to be strongly fancied today.

    well,no excuses there,except,that he was a bit careful with his Jumping.but i still believe in this horse,and will find his races this Season,pretty sure of that.

    haydock,2 05:

    this Looks just as tricky,at least between the three main contenders,but i feel,EDWARDSTONE has a lot more to give,and his form Looks marginally stronger than the other two,especially his beating of the high-class fiddlerontheroof 2 starts back Looks even better now.so,he he gets a narrow nod today.
