I keep hearing people banging on about a handful of games early in his career, but that was over two seasons ago now.. He's just not good enough. I felt sorry for him watching last night because he's so out of his depth and trying his heart out. The cm area situation is not improved without playing.. They complimented each other quite well last season. Seriously I can't believe I'm saying this but we need jonjo in there.
I would like to see him playing with Willock and Shelvey with Longstaff and no Hayden in sight. He has played well in the past and I would prefer to see him play a few games without a camel on his back and under a decent coach and manager and with team tactics. Then see how he plays before deciding.
Hayden just floats around trying to look busy doesn't he. I think we all know lacelles Hayden being injured was a blessing last season.
Yeah, get them 2 idiots out and have a back 4 with an extra man in midfield and see what Longstaffs like
They shifted to a back 4 last night and it worked much better. Hayden and lacelles need dropping or they'll never win a match imo.

He is not a very good player. He had one or two good games and because he was a Geordie everyone decided he was better than he actually was. He is very average player.
Unfortunately I've brought in Hendricks and the no1 Jersey in particular we've got two very very good keepers ahead of woodman. Look unfortunately woodman didn't impress me and I'll now freeze him out the club.

Woodman well become great. But as usual our fans act knobbish because he hasn't performed a ten out of ten every single game. I've commented enough about him on the Woodman thread. As for Matty, he played well in the few chances he was given by is then Bruce drops him and ignores him. Problem we have is Bruce picks the 11 at the last minute when Jones is trying to come up with tactics. Players are listening to too many ideas that contradict each other. No one will look good unless you're a maverick

Yes but that's because you're someone who thinks that every young player steps on to the pitch, plays perfect and the rest is history. When in reality they are young, have to learn and mature as players. In order for that to happen we need supportive fans, a decent coaching set up and experienced players stepping up
No I'm not, but if they don't you take them back out. Anderson played well he's never been back out. Matty and Sean aren't good enough... Sean's had 2. 5 years.. Give white a try.
Matty from what I've seen is better than Sean, but both of them are made of lead.. They'll never ever be what's required imo You need to be able to it all in cm... Jonjo is still way better than Sean and he's even slower... Woodman deserves another chance... Not now though It's time to give white and Anderson minutes
