Now that would be something to upset Vegans with.

 

Has anyone got any recommendations for cycling bottoms which will offer arse protection? I have taken up mountain biking, and ventured out last night. For a man who hasn't been on a bike sober for 20 years, I found it quite easy. However my arse feels like its done two lengthy sex sessions with Big Bubba this morning so I need some advice from those in the know. Or is it like anal sex for the ladies, the more you do it the easier it gets?

 

Shave your legs to be more Aerodynamic.
Shave your arse too for less chaffing.

Seriously I seem to remember you doing a bit cycling or have I just been imagining you in mustard lycra? I've seen the padded pants and shorts so i will be investing but wouldn't mine knowing if a fellow enthusiast has located the best for combatting this. I imagine my arse just hasn't had much tenderisation and will adapt.

 

Firstly, change your seat....that's your first problem !!



Secondly, yes I think you can get spandex short with arse pads in them, and when you change your seat get one of them gel ones...they offer a bit more protection.

 

I’m not a biker mate. A runner yes. Just finished the Gateshead 10k Trail as prep for the great north run. My 5th time. This year it’s for the SBR foundation.

I’m currently drinking lots of Efes and hammering the shisha pipes to help prepare.

Normally I would, but (a) I did last weeks and we lost and people blamed me and probably more importantly (b) I'm in glasgow with t'lads for the weekend and I'll be in the pub....so it's a ****ing nailed on defeat then !!

That being said, i'm not "going out to the pub" specifically for the match, it just so happens that the game will be on in the pub at the same time as a pre-arranged sesh so if we lose then that myth can be well and truly be put to bed, I won't hold my breath though !

My daughter used to always drop or lose hers so she got the phone insurance package. If she hadnt dropped or lost it by the time a new model came out she would claim for it anyway!
