Turn right past the next phone box then go straight on for about a mile, when you see a pub called "The Red Lion" take the next left and you will be here/there.

Greta Thunberg is just a Scandi version of Matthew, albeit without slapping her phone and saying ‘Adios’ at the end of every sentence.

    Well said .

Remember a story from years ago in Totton . Some one took a very heavily pregnant Beagle , tied a dumbbell around it's neck and threw it in the river . Mum & Puppies all died .

So So sick and unnecessary .

Even if the poor animal ( whatever type it is ) was not wanted anymore for whetever reason , and a new home cannot be found , at least it's last days will be warm , well cared for , well fed and the end , when it comes , will involve no suffering whatsoever .

Breaks my heart , it honestly does :(

Exactly. The charities do a great job of rehoming these days, demand often outstrips supply at many of the shelters, as fortunately there’s a lot more responsible pet owners who are prepared to take a rescue pet, than there is ****s like that woman.

The majority of animals who end up being euthanised are those with issues, generally caused by **** owners.

Why do you think it matters?

The temperature isn't the point, it's the increasing disparity between the lower, upper atmosphere and why that matters.

Perhaps I should've provided a link to a leading climate scientist explaining it instead.

It's good to look at measurements we can take from space today and compare them with measurements we couldn't take before we went into space, it shows the massive changes from then to now <whistle>

Maybe we have too much information these days, tie that in with the freedom of social media that you never had a several decades back it has turned us all paranoid.

We also have plenty of denialists who'd rather pretend the information doesn't exist.
Understanding the cause of events isn't paranoia and doesn't cause paranoia. It's learning and understanding.

Still best leave it to a couple of old men to put the world to rights.

Were you around in the 60s and 70s when the scientists (men with the information) told us we were entering an ice age?
I was and as a kid it worried me a lot.
