First of the season smokin bbq tonight. Nice and simple, chicken thighs smoked with Jim Bean barrel wood chips. No fancy coating, just slow cooked in smoke for about an hour and a half. Add in Ringwood Razorback Ale and I am a happy lad.
Ditto. I'm laid in the hammock having just this debate. Wife wants sushi from Nudo, I'm going to go Indian I think. Bottle of elderflower cyder chillin' in the freezer. Tonic too for gins on the lawn.
Of my own making Glp. It's about 9%. Still. Crystal clear. Crisp. Refreshing. And needed no back-sweetening. I'm rather proud of it as it happens.
I'm pretty miffed I forgot to get any cider yesterday. Just got lager and will be having a few gins later.
