All doing today is train and run for all the time it seems! I can't wait for be playing again and not just practice!

It give me extra time for doing things I make happy at like reading and watching television. It simple thing but I don't see much television and it's very good!

I particularly like Hollyoaks, so very sexy! ;)

I have good friends with Nile Ranger but he often saying things that confuse me. I ask what we can do in Newcastle and he make no sense. Talking for buy 'bling' and calling me 'blurred', he is very funny but not helpful sometimes.

I am careful for drinking (newspapers hate drinking like twitter also) so am very bored for not playing football.

Can people suggest things for doing with my time without playing? After game with Stoke I will act very bored. =(

Go to the swimming bath, a good way to keep fit and keeps all the muscles limbered up. You'll find it helps the odd stiffness problem that you might have. You might also meet some cracking young ladies who might help you to think of things to do.

As long as you don't do them the night before a game. Ja ja.
