Surely it's within FIFA's remit to sub back on an already subbed off player, just this once?

 

I was just thinking that earlier. A little like Argentina. You don't win a World Cup by thrashing teams and being brilliant in your first two group games... a la France.

Well you might, but I know what you mean. Champions tend to start slower and raise their game to a peak.
