While I'm generally in the camp of "league comes first, cup comes second"...we aren't likely to reach Europe, we can beat Wolves, and the competition has been winnowed significantly. Let's go for the cup.

 

There are some games when you want to lock up midfield as we used to do with Morgan and Victor sitting in front of the CB's, Oriel and Diallo could be a destructive pairing.

 

I was hoping no one would bring up dropping JWP, but you’re right. If he ever gets suspended or, heaven forbid, injured, that would be a great option. As it is, he makes the team tick, so I wonder who would step into that role if he was absent.

Thought that we played this more than yesterday. They should watch more of our games!

 

If we ever needed to play two DM's and JWP was fit, l would still to play JWP on the right. Just pointing out we looked so good with Morgan and Victor together and if you wanted to bolster the central midfield it could work well.

Today they play Luton in Round 4

Sadly, we've ruined their chances of meeting Arsenal in Round 5.
