    Remember, remember
    The 5th of November:
    Gunpowder, treason and plot.
    We see no reason
    Why gunpowder treason
    Should ever be forgot!

This Friday sees us playing Villa on the night we remember Guy Fawkes. Let's hope we do to Villa what the Attorney General planned to do to Fawkes:

"put to death halfway between heaven and earth as unworthy of both". His genitals to be cut off and burnt before his eyes, and his bowels and heart removed. He would then be decapitated, and the dismembered parts of his body displayed so that it might become "prey for the fowls of the air".

Now that would be an entertaining game but might result in a three-match ban. Unless we were big-six in which case it'd be a one game touchline ban for Ralph.

We've mustered 7 points from the last three matches. Can we make it ten from four? Definitely, if we score more goals than them. Will we? Same answer.

"Ralph out" calls will echo around the internet before the game, doubtless. He'll pick the wrong team and as for bloody Redmond...

The villa west ham game is setting friday up quite nicely. Another Villa loss, CB suspended and playing half the game with 10 men with only 4 days to rest between the games.

Is target villas first choice LB then? Fair play to him.

Also Villa we’re promoted in 2019? A whole section of time seems to have disappeared from my memory. I’d completely forgotten they were relegated.

Villa have conceded three or more goals in three consecutive games for the first time since December 2012. Here’s hoping for a fourth…

It's certainly a good time to play them. Hopefully Broja will be back and Prowsie goes one better and bags a hat-trick of free kicks. :)

I would much prefer Ings to be playing personally. His presence has really unsettled the side this season as they previously played a lone striker and now try and accommodate both him and Watkins which does not really work. As we saw today, Watkins is very useful indeed.

Targett had a great season last time out and a fans favourite but supporters have turned on him this season after a few costly errors.

    Predict 2-0 Saints.

Things are really starting to come together and we look to be getting back to the form of a year ago. 4-0 would not have flattered us yesterday but the one goal we did score was a moment of real quality from Che. He is a form player so hopefully we will see him go on a good run of scoring. The balance looked a lot better with KWP giving their RB nightmares and Tino doing the same on our right.
I think we are near enough to the best starting XI with only Stuey coming in on the right for Mo El and of course Broja will be in the mix too when he is fit.
I think that AA will continue to get in great positions and will start putting them away and it would be nice to have 3 strikers scoring regularly.

Indeed they did and have spent approaching £400m on transfers with a very large wage bill
Villians really aren’t impressed with Ings at all and furious that we apparently ripped them off
Manager under real pressure from the local press and fans, a lot of love for Nuno SS if he leaves Spurs….I live in the Midlands so I hear a lot about the local clubs

Anyone with 3 strikers scoring regularly wins the League, occasionally would do :1980_boogie_down:

Interesting to read that in the last 10 Saints games, when he has started, Che Adams has scored 4 and has 2 assists.
That is a pretty good return despite in some games he has looked lost and out of sorts.

Hang on, I thought he was rubbish, apart from doing everything a striker is supposed to do?

Last time we had 3 in double figures was SRL, JRod and Adam I think.
