Might be even more carnage tomorrow with Brook, Stokes & Livingstone able to bat with complete freedom - although I think England have hardly put the brakes on so far

Depends if the pitch breaks up. It could be one of those games where each team gets 600+ in the first innings, then skittled out for under 150 in the second
Hopefully, with Pakistan batting last, it will deteriorate

Exactly it's test cricket, which is always hard to predict on the first test.

Harry Brook scored the most runs off one over by an England player today with 27, having equalled the previous record of 24 yesterday

Still a flat pitch but taking some spin now.
Have England got the spinners to take 10 wickets on the final day though?

The ref stops it at last.
Should have stopped it before it started - a mismatch

Brook going well again -52 off 44
Has the touch and class of Root with the striking power of Stokes

    EDIT: 74 off 55

Muhammed Ali batting sounds odd. Yes, I know it's a common name, but when it's attached to sport I only have one in mind.

He’s been doing the Ali Shuffle a few times to avoid Stokes’ short pitch bowling

Fantastic performance and result for England. One of my brothers is flying out to Pakistan tomorrow to watch the second and third tests...having missed this one! <wah>

Needless to say, he's hugely looking forward to the trip and cricket, whilst enormously pissed off to have missed this incredible game.

Jimmy Anderson is up there with the greatest British Sportsmen who are still currently plying their trade, he is in the same bracket as the likes of Lewis Hamilton, Ronnie O`Sullivan, Tyson Fury.

    Excellent bowling by England today
Temperate batting so far only 3.5 per over! What’s going on?
