Ramadan here is much easier than in UK, when it falls in Summer. Shortest days here but as we are close to equator sunlight is only about 13hrs at most. So its basically an early breakfast (4.00am), skip lunch and then an early light tea (5.45pm) and possibly a later meal (9.00pm), although I normally skip latter. Hardest part for me is the lack of water during the fasting period. Normally drink minimum 2 litres just while in the office. Realised its a really important part of recovery from exercise as my joints and muscles get stiff later in the day. No pork and other pig products plus no alcohol which would make your normal nightly fry/piss ups a bit problematic.
What's Sehri and iftaar? I assume one is probably the meal before sunlight and one is a meal after sunlight?
I dont know how you survive. i tried those moroccans falaffel **** things. i'd rather die than have a diet of that ****,
