    Love it.

Mrs B is The Met's most senior goth and was nicknamed Morticia by one office she worked in. Her response...?

"I'm more Cruella or Maleficent, darlings."

    For any Psychedelic Furs fans...

Returned tickets have gone on sale for the new date of 27 April on Viagogo.

They are dotted around the place and start just below £50 including £12 booking nonsense. There are already 2 less than there were yesterday...

    "Into you like a train...."

Booking fees are taking the piss now.
You get charged for using a website, entering your own details and turning up with a barcode on your phone.
    Utter nonsense.

Have to be careful with viagogo. I bought tickets for Roy Harper at the London Palladium, only to be taken to a desk when I arrived and told my tickets weren't valid as they won't accept resold tickets. Luckily there were some tickets available which they sold to me there and then and gave me a letter I send to viagogo to get a refund, which actually happened and I ended up with better seats for a lower price. So it worked out ok - but if Harper could have sold out the venue I would have been stuffed.

In many ways, it's a good idea...just not to my detriment.

I've never failed to get in anywhere but a ridiculously over-zealous security guy tried to do so for the CL Final at the new stadium, despite the tickets being in my, my wife's and my daughter's names and all of us having appropriate ID. His boss told him to..."Stop being a prat", which pretty much summed things up.

I must admit, that's not how I pictured your average Nigerian wedding or virtually any wedding, come to that.
I'm quite annoyed that they cut the clip of Toxicity just before it totally kicks off, though.

A proper studio and multiple camera angles for the drummer, various normal rooms for the rest of the band and the singer stuck in the closet! <laugh>

Just because we've started playing Kernkraft 400 whenever we score, I thought I'd put up the original.
Yep, they nicked it from a 1984 Commodore 64 game.

Seeing all the Glastonbury stuff on at the moment took me back to my first festival , Reading 1973 cost £4.40 including parking and campsite <laugh> about 1/4 of my weeks pay. Headliners were Friday Rory Gallagher, Saturday The Faces and Sunday Genesis , it was raining when we got there and my girlfriends mood did not improve when i told her that one of the tent poles was missing and we had to sleep in the sagging tent somehow , spent all night holding up the soggy tent in a storm with a tree branch, we had a big row when she missed her favourite band status Quo and when we got back to the tent her mood took another dive, some one had used my camping pots and pans and **** in the frying pan and left it in the tent , that was enough for her and she got her gear and stormed off never to speak to me again .
I can't tell you how gutted i was I really liked that camping set
P.S the Faces ,Genesis and John Martyn sets still live with me and I cant remember her surname and found myself hovering over a similar camping set on eBay although I've not camped in years .
