It's his elbow and that's not an easy area to get right. I think writing off this season is wise and hope that it doesn't drift into next season.

Oh joy, the Daily Wail are trying to suggest that we're using Son as a Trojan horse to bring Super Magic Chinese Megaflu of DEATH into the UK...

    As reported by football.london...

"Elsewhere there's great news regarding Juan Foyth.

The Argentina international has returned to training following a spell on the sidelines with a groin injury, although the game against Wolves could come too soon for him."

It's pretty obvious from the continued selection of Aurier, no matter what he does or doesn't do, that any game against Wolves, or anyone else, will "come too soon for him (Foyth)" under Mourinho's management.

Kane commencing on-field rehabilitation you say?

I for one welcome his rushed return, culminating in him knackering himself in the final weeks of the season, playing every minute of the Euros, then being injured again around Christmas.

And the hits just keep on coming!

At a time where he’d made the first team squad a couple times in the FA Cup...

Fair and balanced bastions of truth and honesty Fox News report that, when Son returns from having his arm surgery, he'll be quarentined for Super Magic Chinese Megaflu of DEATH

I assume this means that Foyth is fully fit? Not that it would make one iota of difference to his chances of being selected.

The Standard are reporting that Steven Bergwijn picked up an ankle injury against Burnley

Don't suppose that J'Neil Bennett has traveled to Leipzig?

So let me get this straight. He suffered the 'significant injury' during the game, yet played all 90 minutes? Something doesn't compute.

Sort of like how Son played for 90 minutes with a broken arm

But don't you dare suggest that our Portuguese overlord ****ed up, because that's foolish talk...

I'll readily blame Maureen for overplaying certain players. Bergwijn is one of the few who could've been rested at least once over the past few weeks with Sessegnon's return to fitness.

But in the broader picture, I'll add this to my ever growing list of evidence supporting my case study: Why the Spurs physio team should take a long walk off a short pier.

We also could've played Fernandes wide, though I'd prefer to see him on the right instead of the left, as he's very one-footed.

This is why you put Parrott on the bench. He may or may not be ready but he is fit. Otherwise, you end up flogging the few players that you've got left into the ground because there aren't any alternatives.

I said exactly this after the Norwich game.

The fact that Mourinho had the ****ing gall to suggest that the kid might not be bothered to try to play on Tuesday, shows that the bloke is losing it by the day.
