difficult choice -No. 1 & No.2 were both fantastic ! ) 1. Cumming ( without doubt kept the score down ! 2. Dempsey - superb work ethic ( it's a pity we won't have him for much longer ) 3. Lloyd ( I can't understand why he doesn't start.) Overall, I was pleased with the effort. The result was about right - we could easily have been 0-3 at half time... Great effort in the 2nd half - similar to the intensity shown at Burton - which shows what Gills can do with 11 men on the pitch..... I'd like to think we'll be 'OK' this season - but we'll have to do extremely well to get (m)any points in October - I think we could (will ) be 23rd or 24th before November.
Forget the first half only Macdonald looked ok. Second half we were excellent although they should of scored another. Mom tight call. Based on second half Dempsey outstanding Lloyd excellent (needs to play more) Cummings fantastic save kept us in the game As I said thought Macdonald was good all game and Tutonder did well finally when came on
