Just sat here wondering if people on Here would like the Allam family to stay as owners or leave ? I hope he accepts the NO verdict from the fa and stays .
We could go on to become the best run, most profitable club in the world whilst retaining on pitch success but a part of me will never forgive him for what he tried to do and the way he tried to do it.
I'm not worried that they will leave as for now at least we are virtually unsaleable if they do not want to lose £100 million
I just think it is a damn shame. This is the best Hull City team ever and all that gets talked about in the media is the name change. For me, Allem has too many issues with anyone that opposes him. He is not a likeable sort of guy. I can live with that bit but how he can hope to have anyone on his side when all he does is constantly puts people down is beyond me. I don't think he will walk away but I cannot see him changing his ways. I hope Allem stays but keeps his gob shut. As long as HCAFC remain he can go for me.
Here's an idea he gives the club to the fans while maintaining & taking repayments on the loan, so the fans own the club but owe Allamhouse £100 million repayable at the current rate
I did mean the interest payments, but hopefully we would e able to look to some form of repayment if we remain in the PL
Don't know if my sarcasm sensor is down but I cant see it in your post, are you serious? I don't understand how "the fans" would know how to run a multimillion pound business. It would be a complete disaster.
This whole sorry episode is the result of the Allam's lack of experience of owning a football club. A football club is a business not like any other. An owner's relationship with the fans is the most important aspect but they failed to understand this. **** happens.
I like Assem Allam ...The reasons are nothing to do with football.... I hope he now drops the whole name change idea. The FA says no.... I hope he will accept it and get on with the job . But if he leaves......our next owner could be our best ever .. I'm just so pleased that none of the supporters will have to stop going . Especially those who have being going for years.. Everyone knows I wasn't bothered by the name change...BUT I sure was bothered about losing long time supporters . Roll on Saturday.....Let's make loads of noise and urge the team to victory
Last season we got promoted to the Premier League. It was arguably our most successful season ever, maybe second to our survival first time around. Yet our turnover increased by only £35,000.
