Stockdale on Twitter: "You never know what will happen its still jan!" "As for me I'm a Fulham player! I would like to have more games and a loan might be an option but will only happen if the club are happy." Is he suggesting something?
I've just noticed that too on Twitter. Looks like Curtis Woodhouse is believing his own hype as well as having the turn of phrase of Danny Dyer...
Jakupovic made a couple of awful mistakes but also made a couple of good saves against Wednesday. Either way he is not the safe pair of hands we need for the rest of the season. Would love to see Stockdale back on a permanent basis prior to the Peterboro match.
Well from what I can work out, It's about woodhouse being a crap boxer and a crap footballer, Then he called Deano a 'fat, skint drunk' So Deano called him a ****. I can't decide wether it's banter or a proper falling out.
Schwarzer was back in goal for Fulham so I guess Stockdale isn't valued enough to be No1 by Jol, whilst Stockdale himself wants games - hopefully something will develop before the window closes in a fortnight or so. Fortunately we only have the Peterboro league game to worry about in January. As for Orient - do we have a keeper for Tueday let alone two - was Jakupovic's injury deemed to be concussion? If it was he won't be allowed to play for a week will he. Also isn't Oxley cup tied from a loan ?
The club were quick off the mark to confirm that Jakupovic was conscious, alert and aware of his surroundings throughout his injury. Shame he wasn't for that corner.......
As an original supporter of Orient I'm in two minds which team I want to win on Tuesday - not cos I want Os to win but I reckon we'd (City) be better off losing - let's face it, Barnsley are hardly a mouthwatering prospect
We need to get back to winning ways, 2 draws and a loss in our last 3, we dont want another loss regardless of the competition.
Exactly, losses affect confidence and form regardless of the competition or the players involved. Newscastle are a prime example of that this Season. We need to go for it, keep the optimism levels high. Aluko has come out and said that City play the best brand of football he's ever been involved in so that means their heads aren't down yet. Beat Orient then beat Posh, and we'll be back on the trail.
