Away again in this two step series of games. Gonna kick up a Rumba, gonna cut some shapes...some high kicking sure to go down! Just imagine another clean sheet, as Masky has said, if you can get a clean sheet and score.....it’s a winning formula every time! Mind you, still waiting for my mate NH to get back to me on that one.....oh and that car! Always a difficult game for us away at Stoke City, especially if Garth Crooks is parking his “substantial meal” size frame in the middle of the park! Maybe a draw the most likely outcome, even a 0-0 is possible.....2-1 CC!

Swansea are a fine welsh club, but seriously punching above their weight! May implode on Saturday, when a big performance is necessary (no offence Clingon)! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Have you been kicked out of Strictly? Thought you'd have been a shoe in with all your hand jive expertise (no offence intended, obviously). And why are your sheets always clean?
A Tuesday night in Stoke-on-Trent in mid December! Enough to drive a person potty.
I can remember a Saturday visit to the old Victoria Ground in the late 60's. FA Cup 3rd round freezing cold and lost 1-4.
Big test for us again. Has NH and his squad turned a corner or was it a three match, flash in the pan? 0-0 would be a great result but dangerous as a target. Go for it says I.

Happy with the 'go for it' approach.
One concern though. How many times, saturday, tuesday, saturday, wednesday, can the same 11 keep going?
Its one of my arguments for 20 mins not 2 off the bench and maybe resting a player at a time.
If the mileage in players legs isnt manage it could well be a flash.

Yes, the apparent unwillingness to take advantage of the 5 sub rule could eventually tell.

I understand the reluctance to change the 11 out there too early not to disrupt the cohesion we've built these past 3 games, but bringing on 2 or 3 players with just a few minutes to go is a complete waste of time. It neither influences the outcome of the game at that late stage nor rests the players we should be protecting for the next one.

I suppose it's the results that matter, but we have a squad that's reasonably deep enough to replace tired legs after the hour mark, not with just minutes to go. I hope Harris has the confidence to use them and not run the starting 11 into the ground each time especially with such a heavy schedule up till the New Year.

I mentioned it before in the context of confidence.
I cant seen that giving Began a game at the expense of Bennett will disrupt things too much. Bennett gets a breather, Began gets some game time and a confidence boost.
Give Murphy 20 mins for Ojo. Pack 20 mins for Ralls (did I just type that <yikes>), move wilson to 10, whyte on and give harris a breather.

What you dont want is ojo getting injured and Murphy, bereft of confidence, being asked to step up.

Im not asking for wholesale changes on 70 mins, or rotating 3 or 4 players a game, but player welfare is key over the season.

One area I wouldnt touch is the CBs. A good partnership in a position that players dont seem to tire.

I agree - the current CB's should stay on the pitch for the 90 unless heaven forbid one gets crocked. I wouldn't mess in this area unless it's forced upon us.

I’m sensing deprivation in BFB, and to a lesser extent his BT alter ego! The moment anything of a suggestive and low grade comment is posted....out he comes! I dangle out my bait, and a sucker every time! :emoticon-0103-cool: Sucker for hire...clearout!

    Its how you term politicians.

The turn up at parliament to discuss topics. They debate.
There are over 600 of them, so its a mass debate.
So just remember, your MP is a mass debater.

Allways thought they were a bunch of w@nkers.
