    Yeah, Crook is one who isn’t in with Saints. All you need to do is look at the timings of his ‘scoops’. They’re nearly always after a reliable journalist has released something and he piggy backs off them. Not just saints related either, but all UK transfers.

    Seems like nonsense based solely on historic links to him

    It is not in our model to turn our noses up at people from leagues like Belgium, Austria and Scotland only to go back. As suggested here - we can’t afford it

    My expedition is we decided against him for a specific reason with my theory being that he is primarily a wing back or someone who plays in the 4 of 3-4-3 (as these just seem like slightly more attacking wing backs but often the same)

    I am pretty sure he was always marked as being able to play in wide midfield

    I have absolutely no issues with us selling Vestergaard as long as we get over £20m, Salish is his replacement and we can buy another decent CB, hopefully one with a bit of pace

    Vestegaard is a good player. I wouldn't sell him for under £40m. That being said I don't have a clue how long is left on his contract.
