Why ?

 

He didn’t want to play for us. He made this known publicly several days before he was sent off minutes into a match for a dangerous tackle.

We don’t know his true intentions around that tackle but it’s been suggested he deliberately got sent off.

I don’t really want a player here who doesn’t want to be here. It’s a shame he got what he wanted by aggitating but at least it’s a negative influence gone from the first team.

Really hope there are clauses involved, because mid-six-figures (while not unexpected given Jankewitz's contract status) ain't much of anything.

 

Yeah a sell on fee hopefully. If he is as talented as being made out a couple of seasons playing regularly should earn him a move to a decent league/team

 

Not sure why we should expect more. He's not had a major impact on the B team and definitely not on the first team. He joined as a 17 year old and left us as a 19 year old so we can't even say we 'developed' him. He has 1 year left on his contract and he was abused by his own fans on social media. We're lucky to get anything.

I think Wolves are going down unless Jimenez recovers fantastically.

 

They've been able to get some good player assets with their Mendes + Chinese cash project. If they sell Neves and Taore they will have +£70m extra to invest. They'll have good players regardless, like Neto, Dendonker, Mountinho, Pondence, Semedo and the English guy.

Still, it would be great if they did go down.

 

Say what you will about Mendes, but you're a hell of a lot better having him run your transfer business through audacious self-dealing than you are Kia Joorabchian. At least with Mendes you get genuinely good players along the way.

 

Yeah but we know the issue isn't who he is or who he can supply. Keep these pricks independent and well out of any club.
