Pity. Quite liked him. Still move on as there is nothing to be done now. If players want to go then that's it.

This from Richard Woodward sums it up:

Well thanks Belgium! You gave us Mpenza and we give you Threlkeld. Not exactly fair is it? #pafc

Hercule Poirot would have been better than Mpenza.

Threlkeld had a poor season compared with his previous one....maybe his injury had something to do with that....he'll have to raise his game in Belgium.

Ian Vigurs has joined Ross County. Small world but that concludes my rumouring career. I want to thank all those who have helped me get where I am and, of course, all my devoted fans.

There is a popular misconception that Oscar is under 24 - probably because his wiki page is incorrect. His 24th birthday was in Feb so it makes no difference where he is off to. I wish him well- he's good to have around, but footballers come and go-can't believe some of the rubbish being spouted in other places.

    Thanks Lyndy for that info.

    PS.....just checked Oscar out.

PAFC website says that he was born 15/12/1994.,...so that's wrong then ?.

Wiki website says that he was born 15/02/1994.....so that's correct then ?

Threlkeld had a decent enough season for me. Injuries aside he was a steady Eddie when he played and wasn't anywhere near the worst player. He has always done quite well for us and I repeat I am sorry to see him leave.

Plym, I know you can't get to matches very often and therefore have to take your view on players from others but don't be too ready to listen to pasoti persons and think their opinion is the only one. I think having read some of the comments on there that supporters can be prejudiced by current activity. He's going so we won't miss him anyway sort of idea. Think some on there are a bit precious when it comes to being even handed. Bit like being dumped by the girlfriend and then saying you never liked her anyway.

My comments above have nothing to do with pasoti....but listening to GoS recordings sensible.....there was no need for Adams to comment like he did unless he was miffed by Oscars reaction.....end result was another two and a half month out.....Argyle were bottom of the league on 5pts....injuries mounting up plus red cards.....Adams needed him back and it backfired.

It was this one I commented on Plym not the one you have posted although I get what you are saying with that one. I can't see why anyone would think he had a bad season even with the injury. He played less but not badly.

Yes- Sounds like wiki has been corrected in the last week -Clearly the PAFC website hasn't been. It all came to light last week when the retained list was being submitted -15/2/94 is correct. For info it all depends on how old a player is on 30th June as to how 'old' he is, which is why the two dates above are/were important.

He's definitely a loss. If nothing else, it's one more player needing to be replaced. We now need 2 RB's and 1 LB plus 1 or 2 CB's and a goalkeeper. But more than that, he was an energetic and capable player at this level.

Can't blame him for going though. He's joining a club that's made occasional sorties into the Europa League and once even the Champions League.

So, sorry to see him go but good luck to him

It's being reported that Luton are still interested in signing Sonny Bradley.....Luton have been interested in Bradley since last summer when an offer for him was turned down.

It looks serious interest for Bradley from Luton.......the Herald also says that Rangers and Hearts are also interested....although personally I think Scottish Premier would be a step too far.

From what is being said....Luton have more financial clout than Argyle....with possibly bigger wages and a three year contract offered...will Argyle be able to hang on to Bradley.

I am making a rumouring come-back. PAFC are said to be interested with bringing Zak Vyner back to Home Park (big surprise) but also in signing striker Billy Kee from Accrington. Charlton, Wigan and Scunthorpe are apparently also interested so that may be difficult.

Your rumours are a little dodgy notDistant....having found that there isn't such a player called Billy Keeps.....I assume you mean Billy Kee Accrington striker....27yrs old, 5ft 9in tall....been around (even Torquay) played393 games...scored 121 goals....Div 2 top scorer this last season.
If Vyner comes back that would surprise me....on loan maybe, but we couldn't afford to buy him.
