Oteh tied in for another 3 years. Good move. QPR have offered striker Aramide Oteh a new contract. West London Sport reports that Rangers have offered the 19-year-old a two-year extension to his current contract, which is due to expire next summer. West London Sport reports that the club have an option to extend his current deal by 12 months but are keen to cement his long-term future at Loftus Road and want to tie him to a contract until 2021.
Just wonder whether there has been any development on Bassong - how long is he on trial, or is he just getting fit with the club? I have read somewhere that James Collins was interesting Ipswich - I still think that if we got this defender - even for a year we would have a player that has experience and gets goals from set pieces. However I do understand that we may have to watch what we spend on salary.
He will fit right in apart from the language, though he does struggle with english. The extremely liberal "Ultras" will love him
There was a big interview with him in either yesterday’s or Saturdays papers - I was working over the weekend and lost track of time- he is an intelligent and funny man, has a new book out which proves it.
I met him a few times when I worked at the club and he always came across as a nice man even at that young age. The interview was in The Times on Saturday but you have to pay to read it online now.
I'd imagine this is a shortened version of his interview.... Former Spurs and Liverpool striker Peter Crouch opens the door to potential QPR return - football.london https://www.football.london/queens-park-rangers-fc/qpr-news-peter-crouch-transfer-15132949
He'd be great to have around the place, a great pro and still a decent striker particularlyat our level...
I was referencing our first two seasons back in the Prem which commenced in 2011. I always thought he was too good to leave a Prem club and drop a division to play for us.
Saw this in the Daily Record today.... Journalistic liberty putting "Anton Ferdinand" and "star" in the same sentence, unless they're referring to him coming from another planet.
