Aye ok. It's all going perfectly well on and off the pitch. **** me. I'm not arguing further. Not worth it.
If the city lad is a loan, then that would be covered by an outgoing loan as opposed to a perm. Flores going on a free doesnt impact the ability to loan Smith. Whats the betting on a double announcement?
Flores was already on loan. That becoming a free makes no difference to our ability to loan in. But it does mean we can now sign a free on a permanent.
Wonder if Man City fans are crying about not getting Harry Kane done yet and grealish is surely too late to be bedded in Wah wah
Really? Not according to the Hull Daily Mail who now expect Smith to be announced following the departure of Flores. If we had the capacity to announce Smith - who has been training with the team all week, don’t you think it would have been done before now?
Seems odd but considering we only recently had it confirmed that Flores and Jones being out on loan wouldn't count towards our squad, and we've only signed Bernard since then, I don't quite see the link. The suggestion seems to be Flores going out permanently means a permanent incoming.
According to Baz Cooper's Twitter, departure of Flores opens path for a permanent signing of, for instance, a free agent. Wonder who that could be?
