It'll be same old players pushed by same old agents to try and generate interest with same old lazy journalists linking them to Leeds. Transfer window Groundhog Day. We operate under the radar so 99% of the time these rumours are false.
How is Noel Whelan described as BBC pundit ffs and why do peeps think he is in the know. He hasn't ever been correct on any transfer. Same with Danny Mills and why are seeing Kevin Phillips always mentioned, could it be because its clickbait as some fans will think Kalvin Phillips has said something
Story that Alioski has signed a pre contract agreement with Galatasry so players who could be gone Alioski Forshaw Hernandez Berardi Kiko
I'd be well happy with that. He has an unbelievable engine on him. A solid rival for Klich's position.
A Add Harrison and costa fortune to that list too. I mean who would value them both at a combined 25 million.
Lots of talk that Bielsa will listen to offers for Costa but Harrison isnt our player to sell, and £11m is a bargain for him as we would double our money if we sold him on
Yes i know harrison is not our but thought we had to pay 10 million to sign the everlasting loanee. One good game in several so it's a no from me.
agree with that, we valued him at £10m last Summer and he refused so not really bothered about him especially at double the money. I think we will do a few deals for free agents this Summer as the pandemic has damaged many clubs. French football is struggling due to tv rights failures. Any clubs cannot afford the wages and so not renewing contracts which means free transfers. Yes higher wages but getting a £30m player for free means a brilliant investment. I think any player we buy will because Bielsa is desperate for that player
Personally, I find your comment pretty disgraceful and disrespectful. I’ve played in some very good and competitive pub leagues
Is that the Europa League? They went out the same time as spuds & lasted a round longer than the crisp munchers. Guess the must play in a pub league too. Oh, wait a minute!
There are two teams and a couple of makeweights every season. Probably the most boring league in the world. The insults and sectarian insults used on a regular basis wouls see clubs south of the border punished.
You're entitled to your opinion, but tell me why Scottish teams regularly have the upper hand when playing english teams & a lot of European teams. Btw, Celtic & Rangers have both tubbed us twice. Does that mean we're makeweights? Both Rangers and Celtic have had regular punishments for their fans' ridiculous behaviour. Yet Leeds received no punishment for one of their players being found guilty of racism. So why should the clubs be held to account for their fans, but not their players?
When was the last time a scottish club won anything in Europe. Would either of the Glasgow clubs beat Leeds now?... Not a chance in hell.
Scottish clubs have never faced off in European tournaments at any stage; the closest this came to occurring was in the 1965–66 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup when Hearts lost a playoff to Zaragoza with Dunfermline already drawn to meet the winners in the next round,[1] and in the same competition two years later when, knowing Dundee would be the next opponent, Rangers were eliminated by eventual winners Leeds United.[2]
Exactly what I said before we last played Rangers. And Celtic too. In fact, didn't we all? It would seem that some have not learned from it. Btw, the only way we could play them was in Europe. They've been there, but we haven't - so you can't blame them for the large gap since playing them. Btw, Partick Thistle have a 100% record over Leeds. Couldn't help myself - had to mention it!
Lots of stories doing the rounds about Vazquez coming from Real Madrid but is demanding €3m after tax. This is peanuts if we were really wanting to sign him because that would be £3.9m per year which is only £75kpwk and for a £30m is peanuts as he adds massive value to the clubs assets. However he is also demanding CL football and we cannot give him that yet so why bother with the headline?
