I think the club are hoping to sign players of undefined gender, just in case someone that plays for the ladies team is so good, Bielsa wants to put them in the first team squad. Plus it will also give another route for those players not deemed good enough for the first team, they will be able to redefine their gender and take up ladies football, so win/win all round
