    I've got a Humax, hackers have taken the code apart and they cannot find where the heck it is keeping the key. It is not on any of the ROM's they have actually managed to gain access to, in a way I do not understand some speculate it may be imprinted in to the board. The code in the Humax OS seems to accessing somewhere they doesn't seem to exist and Humax made the situation all the more complicated when the announced that each Humax will assign a completely different key to the same recorded program made on another Humax. They've had three years or so and have made zero progress on finding the key, let alone finding a way to decrypt that key for a single program on a single Humax and more importantly, finding a way that will automatically all decrypt Humax assigned keys :(

    It's the bleeding Fortknox of Satelite Recorders! <laugh>
