Interesting the government saying they would consider restricting work visa's to any potential ESL players....Having worked in immigration, this is the kind of thing lawyers overlook all the time, they think they have covered all angles from a sporting law perspective, but i can bet very few lawyers would of considered the possibility of that happening.... For sure, ESL lawyers have been working on this for years and working out the details in regards to law, but they haven't taken into account Brexit and UK government action....I bet some of these clubs involved (and lawyers) are well and truly ****ting themselves....

 

I would expect ours will come.. The meetings only just taken place and let's not forget nufc is already taking them to arbitration, so they'll not want to say too much

I hope he does, but there should still be consequences for having signed up for it in the first place.

NDM working arbitration for NUFC against the PL.

And

NDM working for the PL against the ESL.

 

If the PL want him to accept instructions thry need to resolve their NUFC dispute. De Marco is vehemently opposed to the ESL. I think we will see movement on the takeover now.

 

Surely the takeover is dead until this reaches its conclusion?

There's no way they can grow the club if it goes through and the 6 clubs stay in the premier league

This will be stopped. In the unlikely event it proceeds the CL will continue without the Greed Clubs and will make money because of all the big Clubs not part of the Cartel The Cartel will die a death because the interest would be temporary and mainly from the Far East and Middle East. Remember what the Liverpool fans did following Hillsborough. I can easily see those same fans taking long and prolonged action against their Owners. The Sun doesn’t sell in Liverpool. Liverpool the Cartel Club would play to almost an empty ground.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying this equates to Hillsborough as that is nowhere near the case. The point I’m trying to get across is the determination of those fans to right a wrong. This is a wrong and they will fight it.

I also think the other Cartel Clubs fans will do likewise. It will become so toxic that sponsors won’t be interested in the Greed League and the extra money the Greed Clubs are looking to secure won’t be there for them.

The aim is to make this proposal so toxic that nobody outside the Greed Clubs will dare touch it. Then it will die a death.

 

i can see NDM saying he’s busy at the minute but if the PL want to help clear his diary he will be free...
