So it’s a big game on Wednesday. PL v NUFC. Which way will it go. @Sheikh_of_Araby Will it just be a case of the CAT just giving their verdict? As in they will have had all the evidence and are just relaying their decision? Or will it be a full on PL argue their side against the Jurisdiction and the CAT listen and then make a call?
I have no idea matey. I hope it’s just a case of the CAT telling the PL to do one and that it’s going ahead. But I suppose the PL will want to say something.
The implication from that Simon Zekaria was that the jurisdiction hearing itself could be uncomfortable for the PL. Check this link, which is the fight between Epic Games and Apple: https://www.catribunal.org.uk/sites/default/files/2021-02/1377-78_Epic_Games_transcript_210121.pdf Basically, the overall argument will be highlighted so you'll see what NUFC are directly accusing the PL of and what high level evidence they possess (I think). I don't know why the PL is happy for that to happen, but there ya go.
Some of it will have to come out in the hearing I would imagine. I wonder if they physically have to be there. As in the representatives of each party.
Actually the fact you've written this has demonstrated clearly that you don't and haven't even attempted to understand my position. I told you and the rest when you refused to credit the good 18 game run that you'd wait until it went wrong. I credit when its due and criticise when it's going badly... You don't because you can't get passed your dislike of Bruce and are more interested in saving face.
You criticise when results were going very well and criticise when they're not. You've just admitted that and tried to hide it behind #the bigger picture. The bigger picture is the owner for me and the premier league. Are you going to apologise for the fact you've made a claim I said no criticism is due and your failed understanding of what my position even is?
1. Show where I have directly criticised the results when they were going well. Not praising Bruce is not criticism. 2. Ultimately it is Ashley to blame. That, however, doesn’t stop me from also recognising Bruce’s failings. 3. No I’m not apologising for winding you up and getting a bite. We’re on the Big Boys Forum and not the Under 5’s.
