Disagree here. It’s five weeks til Jan window is open. We need a body or two in on the first day, not a couple of loans by Feb. Time is of the essence and the more we do the more the players can see what is happening.
I think any long term plans are out the window in January. I think we're looking at the ****e that's leftc over. Anyone will do ****e Nobody of any real quality will want to come here in our current plight, so we might aswel forget about dofs until the summer.
I have a feeling this will be done this week regarding DOF and I reckon it will be Campos. I reckon the delay has been due to him being a control freak and negotiations have taken longer as a result.
Yes: it’s one of the first rolls that needs to be filled asap so we can plan for the transfer window.
I think there is a need for it to be filled asap. So the direction of the club can be established and we can plan for January.
I wonder if it’s gonna be like normal windows with last minute fodder arriving? Will indicate a lot of where we are going as a club for me. If players arrive on day one and good players then that sets the tone. If nothing happens by mid jan and we still don’t have a DoF then it says to me they have **** all idea what they are doing. The fact we don’t have a DoF makes me nervous.
Daily Mail - John Hird This article is basic abuse towards us. It’s people like him that want and need the so called KSA rumour mill. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...-deny-reality-Saudi-takeover-club-pariah.html
Nah getting it right is more important. The clubs in limbo make a decision when the situation becomes more clear. Also just because nothings officials doesn't mean nothings happening. This everythings got to be done quickly idea isn't the way to approach things. The clubs primary objective is staying up
Jesus christ mate just calm down.. January won't change or alter the longterm goal. 5 to 10 years not 2 months. It's a hard sell in January
Which needs new signings in January. Done by the right people. So a DoF is important. The first thing Man City did when they got took over was put in place the management structure and took it from there. Currently we are sailing a big boat with no captain and no crew.
I’m calm. And in business you don’t have the luxury of ****ing about taking time. You make important decisions at the time. So far since the takeover we have flapped about. We ain’t won a game. The quality of the football is the same as it was pre takeover. I don’t buy this we are taking our time to get it right bullshit. Business people get it right: and they get it right fast.
Actually it took 4yrs to get Soriano and Txiki Begiristain out of Barca. They improved from there. I think Hughes and Mancini just had Garry Cook.
They put in place scouting networks. Coaching teams. I am pretty certain they put in new staff at the top aswell: I will have a look buy from memory I’m sure they did. And bought a lot of players that initially set the standards. https://www.manchestereveningnews.c...city-signings-newcastle-takeover-21797396.amp
