    If they weren't responsible, why close it down? They could have said its nothing do with us and let it be. They didn't. After it was identified thst beoutQ was based from Saudi, they closed it. Accepted responsibility.

    I know, but what I'm getting at is that if they found this group responsible ie PIF then they can just fail the deal. if they aren't responsible why would they say we will only pass it if you pay for than half ?

    That's the thing. PIF has nothing to do with. They are separate from the state.

    The Saudi state are the issue. These journos are making the mistake of aligning PIF with the state. Big mistake and shows how much they don't understand.
